RETURNS
TO ALL CUSTOMERS: Inspect product order(s) IMMEDIATELY
UPON arrival. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until all products
ordered have been inspected and are satisfied with the product(s) received. You cannot be refunded on a perfectly good product if you don't like the way it tastes. Everyone is subject to their own personal opinion and preferences with food, we cannot be responsible for your personal opinion of a product.
DAMAGED GOODS: We guarantee Products are free of damage and
breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Although Christos Marketplace Inc. products
are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit.
The following will NOT be accepted as returns: - Any return
request more than 2 days after delivery date
- Opened
Groceries
- Any
product(s) not in its original condition including the packaging, is damaged or
opened
- Perishable
Goods
Non-Perishable products
Request for return and/or exchange can only be accepted within 2 days from your
date of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized and issued
and RMA number by Christos Marketplace Inc. personnel prior to shipping the
item to us. Authorization and an RMA number can be obtained by contacting
Christos Marketplace Inc. at support@christosmarket.com.
Without a RMA number Christos Marketplace Inc. cannot accept any returns or
exchanges. Returns and exchanges may be subjected up to 20% of the prices of
returned or exchanged products as restocking fees. Please also note that
shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be
accepted after 2 days from delivery date. Customers are responsible for
shipping charges on returned items. Christos Marketplace Inc. will ship
exchanged products to the customer via USPS, fed-ex ground or otherwise based
on any pre-arrangement made. Christos Marketplace Inc. reserves the right to
refuse returns/exchanges due to any unreasonable/unethical reasons determined
by any Christos Marketplace Inc. personnel.
Perishable products
Due to nature of our products, no returns and/or exchanges are permitted on
perishable items. Sales are final and contain no guarantees.

Christos Marketplace recommends
shipping returned product(s) by UPS or FedEx, as risk of loss in shipping the
returned product shall be borne solely by the customer.

NOTE: Products properly returned
under this policy are eligible for a refund only directly to the original
purchaser. Refunds cannot be given to gift recipient (s). If the returned item
qualifies for a return and after the item has been received and verified to be
complete and in good condition, Christos Marketplace Inc. will issue payment
for the total purchase price, upon receipt of product(s), less a restocking fee
of up to 20% of the product(s) total price and less shipping and handling
costs. Return shipping costs will be at the purchaser's expense. Under this
Guarantee for Return of product(s), the purchaser is responsible for return
postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to Christos Marketplace or in
other circumstances beyond Christos Marketplace's control, except where
specified in these terms and conditions or at the discretion of Christos
Marketplace's.
