Skotidakis Strained Yogurt is authentic Greek yogurt made from cows' and goats'' milk. Traditional methods are used so that the end result is a thick strained yogurt that has a smooth, rich, velvety texture with a deliciously creamy taste. North American yogurt has a gelatinous texture or watery limpness that the smooth density Greek yogurt does not. The objective, is to put yogurt on the spoon with a little bit of Greek honey fruit fruit preserves. This is the best way to actually taste the yogurt.
