INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, wheat starch, vegetable fats, salt, water.
Baking Instructions:
- Remove from freezer and allow pastry to defrost at room temperature, in its wrapping, until completely thawed (about 2 hours).
- Prepare the filling of your choice.
- Unwrap the CHRISI ZIMI PUFF PASTRY.
- Line the baking tin with one sheet of pastry.
- Cover with the other sheet
- Brush the surface with a little milk or beaten egg.
- Score the surface into serving portions.
- Bake in a preheated oven at about 180? C (depending on your oven) until golden brown.
