Cod price represents price per pound. Cod fish is boneless, arrives in bulk and is uncut - wooden box not included.

Prep Directions:

All Bakaliaros needs to be refreshed in water for at least 24 hours before use. Change the water three or four times during the process. This removes the salt that has preserved the cod, leaving just a pleasant hint of saltiness for you to enjoy. Once the salted cod is refreshed, it should be cooked in liquid or poached. Salted cod that is in the "refreshing" process can remain in the water for two to three days (in your refrigerator) provided the water is changed daily.
